As we open the weekend, here’s the latest….. - Early this morning, Victoria Azarenka became the No. 1 player in the world with a dominating win over Maria Sharapova. Azarenka won 12 of the last 13 games to capture the title in her first Grand Slam final. I admit I have no clue who Azarenka is but when you do what she did this morning to a player like Sharapova, my attention has been got. I will be watching for this one from Belarus as the overseas players continue to top the world rankings. - Also late yesterday, the United States women’s soccer team clinched their berth ...
